A very strong 2K epo-based primer suitable for industrial and commercial machinery.
PERMAFLEET EP PRIMER 4400 is a 2K epoxy primer that is zinc chromate free. It was developed specifically to meet the stringent requirements of the commercial vehicle sector. It therefore offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. In addition, it provides excellent adhesion to properly treated metal surfaces.
- Attention! It is necessary to purchase a hardener and solvent to use the product!

- Suitable for use on coarse substrates (e.g. sandblasted surfaces).
- Very good vertical stability
- Resilient and with good protection against moisture
- Mixing ratio 5:1+10-15%- 4400 (5 parts): 4401/4403 (1 part) + 6110/6120/7708/7709 (10-15%).
- Gun nozzle size 1,4-1,8
- Drying time at 20-25 °C 12-16 hours (with 4403 hardener).
