Description:
Permasolid HS 275 is a high quality two-component paint system that can be used on a wide range of surfaces that cars come into contact with. Suitable for pre-treated/primed metal and plastic surfaces. The very wide range of colours covers all modern automotive colours as well as the RAL catalogue.

- Mixing ratio 3:1+20% (3 part paint, 1 part hardener +20% solvent).

SURFACE PREPARATION:
- Sand the panel and remove grease with silicone remover.
- After sanding the surface with an extractor sander and P600 pad, finish hard-to-reach areas by hand with P600 sandpaper (dry)
- Use a fine coarse scotch brite pad for blending areas or use Permahyd 1120 sanding paste and after P1000 disc paper.
- Thoroughly clean the surface of grease and dirt before painting with Permaloid 7010 silicone remover, Permahyd 7080 for water-based paints or PVE silicone remover.
